Some of our athletes have been requesting a yoga sequence that can be done even when you have only a small physical space available eg. hotel-room or caravan.
This sequence of postures covers all the typically tight areas: feet, quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, outer hips and spine. No equipment necessary.
Hold each posture for the count of 5 breaths. Enjoy the simplicity of a varied set of yoga postures with a great impact on the body and the mind.
Complete the session with 5 mins relaxation.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
