An ideal session to do if you are looking to wind down and at the same time have a good stretch. Spend some time in each pose and experience what it is to properly relax. Breathe well and let the body, the nervous system and the mind feel the benefits.

We like to recommend Yin yoga to athletes as a way to actively recover from training.

You will get to stretch out hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, hips and finish with a spinal twist and relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
