This class include postures that will improve flexibility in your spine, shoulders and hips.
Each posture is held for several minutes, the aim is to stretch the connective tissue and allow the joints to move in their full range.
It is a quiet practice with just enough alignment cues for you to get into the postures. You will focus on a slow and smooth breath, feel and hear your breath, relax and draw attention inwards.
The class concludes with a short relaxation.
Equipment: a towel or blanket.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
