This is a Yin class designed around twists for the spinal column. Expect to do 4 different variations of twists, all targeting the connective tissue slightly differently, and all done lying on your back. In between the twists you will enjoy a couple of postures for the hips and lower back to bring the spine back to neutral.

A Yin practice can be enjoyable at any time a day when a reset is needed.

Complete the class with some quiet time in relaxation.
