The Sports Ashram’s favourite Yin sequence for the days where you just need a good stretch and don’t have a lot of energy. The postures combined with slow deep breathing will leave you feeling refreshed.
You will start on your stomach and do a sequence of postures on one side of the body – covering hips, shoulders, spine and hamstrings. Feel the difference between sides before you repeat the sequence on the other side. Finish with a few symmetrical postures before you take rest for a couple of minutes.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
