An ideal session to do if you are looking to unwind and at the same time have a good stretch. Spend some time in each pose and experience what it is to properly relax. Breathe well and let the body, the nervous system and the mind feel the benefits.

We like to recommend Yin yoga to athletes as a way to actively recover from training.

You will get to do a sequence of three postures releasing tightness around shoulders, one spinal twist and three postures addressing stiffness in the hips. Complete the session with a short relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
