This is a short session where you will work on stretching out tight hamstrings and the related areas around the hips.
Why don’t you set aside a couple of months and see for yourself if you can make a change to your hamstrings. We recommend you do the session a couple of times a week or alternate between this one and #25.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
