This is an excellent class for your recovery days or if you just feel the need for a bit of quiet time and a good stretch. Deep slow breathing will leave you feeling refreshed.
You will do a series of postures covering all the important areas: hip flexors, outer hips, upper back and shoulders. You will hold each pose for 3 minutes to allow the connective tissue to release tension. This is a good class to do once a week as a counter-balance to your all your swim, bike and run sessions.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
