Start on your back with some stretches for the hamstrings and IT band. Followed by postures that will help you release tension from your plantar fascia and calves. There are plenty of postures for both hip mobility and stability. Challenge yourself with a leg lift to the side and a balancing pose.
You wind down with some longer holds in postures for your outer hips, hip flexors and spine and the class concludes with a guided breathing exercise and relaxation
Equipment: a strap or a belt.
