An often overlooked area where a lot of tension can be stored and cause discomfort. An hour dedicated to opening up tight shoulders and all related areas. Explore some not so common stretches for the neck, wrists and fingers. Challenge your core and then wind down with longer held stretches for the spine and hips.

Conclude with breath work and some quiet time in relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
