Begin seated with some breath work which is the key to releasing tightness in the body and calming the mind.
Then move through an array of postures targeting stiffness and weakness around the hips and groins. A mixture of well-known and more novel postures is used. You stretch out your shoulders and side body, and finish off with a core exercise for good measure.
The class concludes with a calming breathing exercise and time in complete relaxation.
