This class covers all the essentials to help improve your swimming: breath work, shoulder flexibility, balance between back body strength and openness of the front body, ankle flexibility. 

Include this class in your regular training week if you are struggling with: a poor body position in the water, an inefficient kick, breathing difficulties or if you are working on any other aspect of your swim stroke. 

The class concludes with relaxation.

Equipment: a towel or blanket.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
