This class covers all the essentials to help improve your running: breath work, equal measures of stretching and strengthening for the legs, one legged postures, and spinal rotations. 

This is a class to add to your training week if your standing body posture needs to improve or if your physio/coach is always asking you to engage your glutes, stand up straight and use your arms when running. 

The class concludes with relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
