This class covers all the essentials to help improve your cycling: breath work, a selection of postures to increase your hip mobility and to stretch out your lower back. Look no further if your hips are tights, you are experiencing discomfort in your lower back or it is challenging being down on your drops. 

The class concludes with relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
