Enjoy longer holds in some key yoga postures for athletes. Take time to slow down your breath, relax muscles, connective tissue and your mind. This practice is a good lesson in not always having to do, to push forward and to live up to expectations to perform.

Rest and recovery is the key to being ready for the next training session!
