Description

A sequence that will improve circulation and stretch out tight areas in your hips and legs. The class is taught at a slow pace with minimal instructions. Perfect for recovery days or for days where you have less energy and just need time on your back to breathe and REST! You will do three variations of Pigeon, a half Happy Baby, a Quad stretch and several Spinal twists.

Finish with a very relaxing neck stretch using a strap.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
