This class covers both strength and flexibility.
You begin on your back with some counted breath work to help you focus and relax. This is followed by hip and shoulder stretches, then postures to develop core and back-body strength and some work on balancing. Time is taken to release tension in your calves and stretch out your ankles.
The class concludes with a spinal twist and a breathing exercise before you lie completely still in relaxation.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
