An easy sequence that can help if you experience tension in your neck from long rides, hours on your device or just from holding yourself upright in everyday life. You will do postures to mobilise the thoracic spine, align your shoulders and effectively stretch out your neck.

Concluding in Savasana, I recommend that you stay on your back for as long as you need to after my voice fades.
