In this class you will spend an equal amount of time building strength and stretching out leg and hip muscles. The class is designed as a perfect balance between working and relaxing – an important skill to master when it comes to training and recovery.
If you happen to only want the stretching part of the class: play the three first postures for the feet, then fast track forward to minute 27 and continue to the end. That will make up a nice post-run “release & refresh” routine.
Equipment: a yoga brick or a firm blanket folded
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
