Description

A shoulder-sequence which incorporates some postures and movements from the Katonah style of yoga. You will start with a fair bit of work on the wrists which is an effective way of improving the range of movement in the shoulders. Then move through Lunges, Spinal twists, a Toe Squat and a Hero’s pose, all while adding a variety of shoulder work.

The sequence concludes with three rounds of three-part breathing.

Feel free to lie down and rest after my voice fades away.
