This is a 1 hour session where you will work on strengthening core, glutes, hamstrings and back muscles.
A good practice to do first thing in the morning. Move at a moderate pace, breathe well to get the calming effect of yoga and train yourself to be fully aware of what you can feel in each posture.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
