Spend a bit of time after your ride bringing movement back into your lower back.
Lie down on your back, relax and let yourself be guided through a sequence of movements with a focus on moving the pelvis. Continue with some hip stretches and a hamstring stretch using a belt.
The class concludes with a spinal twist and a brief moment in complete stillness.
Equipment: 1 yoga belt or something similar.
