This class was designed to provide what a lot of athletes have been asking for: a way to release tension around their shoulders and neck. The class is done standing, you can do it anytime of day, and you don’t need to wear training gear.

Start with movements to increase circulation in the area and then perform some key stretches for neck and shoulders. For best results repeat the sequence several times a week.

Equipment: a strap or belt.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
