Ease out of bed with this 35 mins class where you will stretch out your shoulders, torso and hips. Start on your back with leg stretches using a strap, then move on to seated postures and gradually make your way up to a variation of sun salutations and then standing postures. The class concludes with a quad stretch and a seated spinal twist before you take rest in Savasana (relaxation on your back).

A great all-round practice to do first thing in the morning, it will leave you feeling better for the rest of the day.

Equipment: a yoga strap or a non-stretchy belt.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
