A session focusing on postures that will help the legs to recover from training. The session works equally well if you have spent a lot of time on your feet and feel you need to give the legs some extra attention.
Starting with a couple of postures at the wall then moving into a well composed leg stretching sequence.
Finish the session with some relaxing counted breath work. This is the most important practice to aid recovery and stay healthy. An ideal session to do at the end of the day.
You will need one brick and some wall space.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
