A mellow class consisting of 15 postures for better joint mobility. All postures are done lying down or seated.

The class works well on its own, as part of a warm-up/cool-down routine or if the weather is cold and you just need to oil those joints.

Short relaxation included.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
