This class is designed to loosen up stiffness in the lower back.
You will learn a set of key postures for hips and legs that help maintain correct movement in the pelvis.
Expect postures like Child’s pose, Cat/Cow, variations of Pigeon, Gomukasana, variations of Baddha Konasana and Bridge.
NB! If you practise with me at the Horsforth Fitness Class this will a “Tuesday level class”.
Equipment: one brick and a belt.
