In this class you will learn ways of using bricks to make more space and activate the correct muscles in some of the classic yoga postures.

Start on the floor, working on increasing flexibility in the thoracic spine and shoulders. Follow with some fun sun salutations, core work and standing postures.

After a bit of work you come to the floor for Bridge and a few twists before a well-deserved rest in Savasana.

NB! If you practise with me at the Horsforth Fitness Class this will be a “Thursday level class”.

Equipment: two bricks.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
