This is the third sequence in our pose by pose series, focusing on the hamstrings.
Gently activate the hamstrings before starting to stretch them out. You learn two different ways of stretching the hamstrings while lying on your back. Followed by four effective standing postures including Triangle, Pyramid and Twisted Triangle. Then come to the floor and balance it out with four seated postures and finish with a short relaxation.
We recommend that you always take rest after doing yoga, even for just 1-3 mins. Make the resting part of you practice be as important as the moving part. It is always an option to hit pause after the final posture and stay in relaxation for longer if you are tired.
