Description

A 25 mins session targeting tightness in hamstrings. Starting with some work on feet and calves before moving on to postures for hamstrings, both standing and on your back.

You will need a yoga strap or a non-stretchy belt.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
