This is a short class where you will do 7 different core excises to target your anterior, posterior, lateral and twisting core. The class finishes with a few stretches to re-aligne the spine and then rest for about a minute.

A great class to do a couple of times a week to built the core strong and able to support you in all other training sessions.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
