Description
A short yoga sequence, that you can do any time and every day, to loosen up tight hips. You will do 4 of the real classic hip postures: Squat, Pigeon, Sukhasana and Gomukhasana.
Concludes with a few quiet breaths in Balasana (Child’s pose).
Equipment: 1 brick.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
