A class where you work on your ability to balance on one leg. Start with some interesting release work for the plantar fascia followed by a set of balancing postures. The class concludes with breath-work and a short relaxation. A class you can keep coming back to help you with your running drills and running.

Equipment: a tennis ball.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
