Do you have a weak back body or find it hard to utilise your glutes? Are your legs sinking/dragging in the water or maybe you find it hard to  maintain an upright/good body position in running? Then this class is for you. Do it every week and feel the difference in a month or two.

Expect postures to open up the front of the body, drills for your core, and postures for back body strength. Then incorporate it all into a balancing pose. Finish with stretching out your hips and spine.

You will learn a powerful way of deepening your breath (we repeat the exercise twice) which will leave you feeling just great. The class concludes with relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
