If you have 30 minutes to spare and want a little bit of everything. Think movements for shoulders, hips, spine and a core exercise for good measure.

You will finish with a posture called “supported fish”. This will help you increase flexibility in the upper part of the spine which is the gateway to full movement of the shoulder joints and the arms.

Equipment: 2 bricks.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
