The Website is owned and operated by Jack Maitland and Kirsten Steffensen trading as The Sports Ashram.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and understand that they relate to the use of the Website and to the use of the Services and Products that we supply.
The Website is not intended for unsupervised use by anyone aged under 18. If you are under 18 please only use the Website under the guardianship of an adult who has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you use the Website either as a visitor (browsing the site) or as a member (registered and signed in) you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by them then you should stop using the Website immediately. Modifications may be made to the Terms and Conditions and will take effect from the time at which an updated version is posted on the Website. You agree to the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of your use and should therefore regularly review them.

The Website can only be used for personal non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or share any material without our express written permission. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to circumvent security features or to use the Website or any of its content other than for its intended purposes.

You are responsible for your own safety when following any advice or doing any exercises shown on the Website or prescribed by us. Before using our Services you should determine that you are in good health and that the Services are appropriate for you. If in any doubt please consult a health professional. You accept all risk of loss or injury from using our Services or relying on information posted on the website, You waive any right to make a claim against The Sports Ashram, its owners or any other person or company involved with the delivery of our Services. Do not use the Services if you are not willing to accept this responsibility.
No information on the Website, and no service supplied through or in connection with the Website, constitutes medical advice. It is your responsibility to obtain your own medical advice as to the suitability for you of any Services recommended or offered on or through the Website.
The Sports Ashram does not guarantee any particular outcomes or results from its Services. Services are not necessarily available at all times.
The Website may link to external sites and services provided by third parties. The Sports Ashram is not responsible for the content of these sites or the services provided by third parties.
The Sports Ashram is not liable for a failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes the supply by you of any incorrect information.
Suspension and Termination of Service
Access and use of the Website may be interrupted or subject to errors. We may need to carry out maintenance or updating that will restrict or suspend the operation of the website or affect its functionality for a period of time.
The Sports Ashram may stop providing Services to you if you breach these Terms and Conditions. This includes late or non-payment of fees for any reason.
Contract Information
Orders made via the Website will constitute a contract once we have confirmed the details with you by email and you have made payment. You will have accepted the contract upon access to this confirmatory email. This does not affect your right to cancel as outlined in these Terms and Conditions or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may accept pre-orders for Services that have yet to be fully confirmed. No contract will exist until we confirm by email that the Service will be provided and you in turn access this email. Payment will be taken at the point of order but in the event of the Service not being provided a full refund will be made in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Subscription Services
Some Services are offered on a subscription basis.
We currently only offer monthly subscriptions with no commitment period and no promotional offers.
The subscription fee will be collected monthly until we or you cancel your subscription. If there is a problem collecting your payment your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where covered by your consumer rights.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials of certain Services. The free trial period will be specified when you sign-up. Free trials are only valid for members using a Service for the first time. We will be the sole arbiters of deciding eligibility for free trials. At the end of the trial period we will start billing you for the Service unless you have cancelled beforehand. You will not receive notice of the end of your trial period after the notification during sign-up. It is your responsibility to cancel in time if you wish to avoid paying for the on-going Service.
We will continue to bill you for the relevant fee until you cancel.
Cancellations
Subscription services can be cancelled by you at anytime. You will continue to receive the service until the date covered by the last payment made. If we cancel a subscription service due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions then access to the service will cease immediately. If we cancel for any other reason then the service will be provided until the date covered by the last payment made. No refunds will be made for unused periods already paid for.
Other Services may be covered by cancellation policies that will be specified in the Service description and that will be agreed by you making a purchase of the Service.
If a Service has no specific cancellation policy as mentioned above then the following applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the date the Service is due to take place then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to the date the Service is due to take place then no refund will be made.
- If we cancel the Service you will receive a full refund.
You can cancel a Service via your Account area of the website or by using the Contact Us form on the website.
Discount Codes
We may provide you with discount codes for certain Services. This can either be as part of your membership package or for specific promotions.
Discount codes are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued and are non-transferable.
Misuse of discount codes may result in their withdrawal and the cancellation of any Services ordered. Misuse may also result in the cancellation by us of subscriptions or memberships that you hold.
Third Parties
You may order products or services from third party providers via a link on the Website.
All matters concerning products or services provided by third parties will be between you and the third party. You have no contract with The Sports Ashram when ordering or purchasing from third parties via the Website.
Articles on the Website may be submitted by third parties and The Sports Ashram is not able to confirm the accuracy or completeness of this content and is not liable for these articles.
Statutory Rights and Refunds
The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to Products or Services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. If we are unable to put the refund through on this card for any reason, we will try to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Cooling-off Period: You may cancel Services including any subscription within 14 days after the day of ordering by cancelling through your Account area of the website.
This right will cease once you log-in to your account for any purpose other than the cancellation. If the Service is provided in part or in full prior to cancellation then the value of the Service provided will be deducted from any refund due.
General
The Sports Ashram may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will endeavour to notify you of any major changes by posting a message on the Website.
These Terms and Conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other provision. The Sports Ashram may delay enforcing its rights under these Terms and Conditions without losing them. You agree that the Sports Ashram may sub-contract the performance of any of its obligations without giving you notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
This Website and The Sports Ashram are located in England and in case of any international orders, subscriptions or contracts, this agreement shall be construed as being performed in England.
