A good choice of class if you want to hit all the essential areas as a triathlete.

Lie on your stomach and let yourself be guided through a breathing exercise to establish a smooth and even breath. With a still and focused mind you move through postures for both strength and flexibility. You target the hips from all angles, mobilise the spine, stretch out the ankles and build back body strength.

The class finishes with some longer holds that set you up nicely for a final relaxation.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
