Description

A short sequence that will improve circulation and stretch out tight areas in your legs. Perfect for recovery days or on days where you just feel like doing postures lying down in a slow pace with no too much instructions. REST!

The sequence includes three variations of Pigeon pose, half Happy Baby, a Quad stretch and several Spinal twists.

To complete the sequence you will learn a very relaxing neck stretch and using a strap.

Equipment: one strap and 1 brick.

This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
