This class is good for those days where you are feeling a little tired but know that a bit of movement will make you feel so much better.
Start with some seated postures where there is time to be really quiet. Then slowly pick up the pace with 15 minutes of repetitive rhythmic movements, using your breath to allow energy to come. Wind down with 10 mins of postures, including some inversions, which you hold for a little longer before a final 5 minutes of relaxation.
This class is aimed at students of all levels. Please ensure you are practising in a suitable environment and spacious area.
