These classes are currently run via Zoom. Once booked via SlimFitLife’s website you will receive a link allowing you to join the class.
The Monday and Thursday classes are taught in a hatha style way and will have different focus each week. We will do a great mixture of postures, movements, meditation, breath-work and relaxation to experience more well-being, better health and uplift your mood.
The Tuesday class is a Yin class where we do fewer postures and hold them for longer. A quiet and very meditative practice that will help release tension from the connective tissue in the body.
No previous experience with yoga is required.
