Lockdown Swim Cord Sessions
During Lockdown 3.0 I think it is worth getting the swim cords out and getting some strength and activation work done.
To help with the motivation I’ve planned these regular group swim cord sessions.
These will be 20-30 mins long and cover:
- Initial set-up of cords and camera
- Demonstration of exercises
- A 20-25 min coached session
- Timing of reps
- Coach observation and feedback
- Chance to interact with everyone else
