Zoom Swim Cords

Lockdown Special – get better at swimming when you’ve got no access to a pool.

Swim cords can help you to improve the way you catch and get hold of the water.

They also help develop the strength you need to swim fast in a very specific way.

If you have a set of swim cords and would like to join a coached class then these sessions are for you.

Monday        1800-1830 hrs (UK time) via Zoom

Wednesday. 0730-0800 hrs (UK time) via Zoom

Friday           1800-1830 hrs (UK time) via Zoom

Lockdown Swim Cord Sessions

During Lockdown 3.0 I think it is worth getting the swim cords out and getting some strength and activation work done.

To help with the motivation I’ve planned these regular group swim cord sessions.

These will be 20-30 mins long and cover:

  1. Initial set-up of cords and camera
  2. Demonstration of exercises
  3. A 20-25 min coached session
  4. Timing of reps
  5. Coach observation and feedback
  6. Chance to interact with everyone else
