YOGA WEEKEND IN SOUTH WALES

Our next ashram style yoga weekend will take place 19th-21st May 2023.

A weekend with a focus on making things a bit simpler and appreciating what we have.

You can expect plenty of yoga with a good balance between asana, breathing and meditation practices. Great company, healthy plant-based food, nature and a beautiful venue at an affordable price.
