A weekly yoga class where we learn and explore a great variety of yoga postures, small sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classes will be slightly different each week. We will always include postures and sequences for building strength and postures to release stiffness.
Expect to have a go at balancing postures, easy postures, more challenging postures, fun transitions and learn a bit about the traditions and principles of yoga. Also you will learn different ways of using the breath to still and calm the mind and feel better.
Each class includes time to chill and relax.
