Jack and Kirsten host weekly online yoga classes via Zoom.
Using Zoom allows for two-way communications. Kirsten will teach the class, observe and comment on your practice. Jack will be demonstrating the postures to give you visual cues.
The classes are well designed and easy to follow and they will have a different content each week. We will always include breath work and postures/movements to build strength and create flexibility in essential areas of the body.
All classes conclude with a relaxation.
