I would like to offer a series of three EXTRA Monday classes which I have named: “A little bit more of everything”. The classes are 90 mins giving us more time to explore technique in postures, strength and flexibility work, breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation and everything yoga in a little more depth. You can expect a yoga class where the aim is to maintain good health both physically and mentally. Please come along and join our friendly and sociable environment, Kirsten has 15 years of teaching experience so alternatives will be given where needed. Both men and women are welcome.
